Virginia drops droopy pants bill

Virginia lawmakers have decided to drop a bill which would have fined people for letting their underwear show "in a lewd or indecent manner".

I think that kind of law is stupid. What if i decide to show my underwear in a proud or educational manner ? What if I wear them on the outside of my clothes in a humorous manner or even fly them from a flagpole in a patriotic manner?
